If you would like to return an item, please ensure it is in its original packaging, unopened, and unused, and return it within 30 days of the delivery date. Refunds will be issued to your original method of payment.

1. Received a defective item or a product you didn’t order?

If you have received an incorrect or defective item, please contact us at support@serene.com as soon as possible. Include your contact information and photos of:

• The items received.

• The parcel box.

This will help us investigate the issue and respond with a resolution promptly.

2. For Canada Shipping

• Taxes included in your order are non-refundable. However, in cases of defective products or issues, please contact support@serene.com for assistance.

• For partial refunds, only the product amount will be refunded. Tax refunds may not be applicable. We appreciate your understanding.

Additional Notes

• Customers are responsible for the shipping costs and the safe return of merchandise. You may select the carrier of your choice. Return labels are not provided.

• Partial order cancellations are not allowed.
